When accepted you must confirm nights you want to attend and you will be sent a
membership card, receipt, and instructions.
Required at Events
- Hunters must wear a name badge to all events.
- ID badge & trash apron required at hunting events.
- Hunters should bring small shovels.
- Hunters must wear an apron or pouch for finds & junk.
Kids (Under 12)
Kids under 12 who register with a paid parent can hunt free on
Garrett Thursday & Justin’s Saturday (Thurs & Sat).
Detecting Rules (Strict)
- Only metal detect designated areas. If caught where you shouldn’t be, you may be asked to leave and not be eligible for other Society events.
- Same rule for messes: making or leaving a mess can get you removed.
- If caught without an apron/pouch, you may be asked to leave.
- No detecting within 15 feet of buildings.
- Headphones required when others are around.
Shovel rule: Under 8-inch max wide shovel blades allowed.
Tag Along’s
Approved & registered Tag Along’s are $50 per day and include the free noon lunch.
